Design - Build

The Design-Build approach is one of Alliance Contracting's preferred construction methodologies because of its ability to facilitate project delivery and achieve cost efficiencies. With Design-Build, the Owner has one contract with Alliance to oversee both design and construction. This approach greatly simplifies the overall process and provides a single point of contact and accountability for every aspect of the project. Green

The Design-Build model is a unique way of managing a project's schedule, costs, and quality since every detail of this turnkey approach is managed by Alliance - ensuring consistency, and efficiency throughout. Alliance has an excellent working relationships with North Georgia's leading architects and engineers. We can either directly bring in the A/E design team for a particular project or assist the Owner in soliciting A/E qualifications and selecting just the right architect and engineers for the project.
